At the first request to use the credit, which is made through our call center, you will be sent a quote (with the exception of restaurants and commercial activities that can be used directly and 10% credit will be applied when showing the Passport) with the related credit applied.
The offer will clearly show how much you will have to pay, net of the Welcome to Sardinia credit.
We will confirm the service, apply the CREDIT, you will receive confirmation via SMS, whatsapp or email with all the complete data of our partner. Remember that for restaurants, souvenir shops or other commercial activities it is sufficient to present the passport.
With our confirmation you can go to the partner to use the booked service.
At the time of the quotation you will be informed if the net amount is payable directly to our partner (in cash or by credit / debit card) or in Welcome to Sardinia (bank transfer, online by credit / debit card or directly to one of the our Information Desks in cash).
The amount you will have to pay in any case will always be net of the credit you are entitled to receive as a passport holder.
